If a patients vital signs are not in completely normal range, would this affect speech therapy? - speech therapy after stroke

I mean, if a stroke or medical patients.

Depending on the vital functions of the person who had problems and what is the scope.

may depend on the person ... but if the vital signs are within normal range of 3 SD of the person, then it should go. We all vital functions at different times, especially after an accident. If you still think clearly and to speak, then it should be no problem.
