How are you able to travel to different districts of Liberty City in GTA 4? - mission travel
I would like in the region of GTA 4 without exploring that more than 6 stars and an army of police and helicopters in my queue. I'm sure it's more a mission to travel to the city, but what and how?

As everyone has said must, through the main story missions go, there are no tricks to unlock the most remote areas. If you really like the city without trying this, the most important tasks that the only way I can think of experience, is a saved game from a friend who has already completed copy of the game.
